API Client for Volvospåret
The API Client is used to publish personalized videos on our customers Youtube channel and is developed in cooperation with Vasaloppet and Volvo Cars.
1. Terms of Use
By accessing or using the API Client for Volvospåret, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
- This application utilizes YouTube API Services. By using this API Client, users are agreeing to be bound by the
YouTube Terms of Service.
- Users must read and agree to the Privacy Policy presented below before being granted access to the API Client's features and functionality.
2. Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy outlines how user information and data are handled when interacting with the XZPECT API Client.
We are committed to protecting user privacy and ensuring transparent data practices.
User Access Notice: Our customers need to grant management access for its Youtube brand account to user Mikael Bergström, Google account 'mikaelb@motion4life.se'.
No other Google account than 'mikaelb@motion4life.se' is authorized or allowed to access or use this API Client.
The Google account belongs to Mikael Bergström and represent the company XZPECT Studio AB (organization number: SE-5568244478) and is the owner of the API Client.
To ensure that no other users than Mikael Bergström can access the API Client it is not publicly available. The Oauth2 process to grant the API Client access to publish videos on the customers Youtube brand account is performed on 'localhost' at the video production server.
This is the way to enforce the user restriction. The user must not publish anything else than 30-120s long personalized video as part of event activation.
The customer is required to have all necessary copyrights to content published at its channel.
Since the access to the API Client is strictly restricted to one user which also are the owner of the API Client the subsequent points of this privacy policy somewhat meaningless in operational practice, but are stated here for compliance transparency.

- This API Client uses YouTube API Services.

Data Storage and Sharing:
- Credentials:All Usernames, passwords, access tokens are stored directly within the client application. Passwords are stored in an encrypted format.
- Data Disclosure: User information will not be shared externally under any circumstances. However, information will be fully disclosed internally (since the sole authorized user is the client's creator).
- Cookies and Tracking: The API Client does not store, access, or collect (nor does it permit third parties to store, access, or collect) information directly or indirectly on or from users' devices. This includes placing, accessing, or recognizing cookies or similar technologies on users' devices or web browsers.
